We visit Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge frequently and are always producing new vlog content from the area.

The best part of this type of vlog content is your library is constantly growing as we produce new videos!

How long do you stay at the cabin?

When we produce a complete StoryStay Vlog Library® for cabins up to 1 and 2-Story and 2000 Square Feet, we require consecutive (5) day and night overnight stays, or more, dependent on the size, terrain and unique characteristics of your cabin rental. Additional days of production may be needed based on the layout, number of levels, terrain, and complexities of filming at your cabin rental. This time allows us to film and document the entire cabin, vlog happenings, and create stories both inside and outside the cabin. We also take to the skies with our 4K aerial drone to capture awesome footage of your cabin property from up above. (fyi…We Are licensed FAA Part 107 Unmanned Aircraft Pilots.)

Cabins larger than 2000 square feet and multiple levels require additional stay time and rates dependent on the size and square footage of your cabin property, layout, land, terrain, and complexities of filming at your cabin rental location.

Each day is spent story vlogging and filming specialty footage of the interior, the exterior, and from up above with aerial cinematography at your cabin rental. Nighttimes at your cabin are typically spent filming, backing up, and duplicating footage to safeguard precious footage as well as to review and log materials in preparation for the post-production editing process. We also have to take into consideration any potential technical hiccups we may encounter.

A single StoryStay Cabin Tour videos requirements, for cabins up to 1 and 2-Story and 2000 Square Feet, require consecutive (3) day and night overnight stays, or more, dependent on the size, terrain and unique characteristics of your cabin rental.

Can we pay for just one video from the Library?

Our process for producing your vlog content requires planning and careful arrangement to successfully document the cabin both inside and out. This requires that we have time to get to know your cabin, film, and document it in a way that allows us to produce our style of organic “vlog storytelling marketing” content to produce your StoryStay Vlog Library. Your cabin listing will massively benefit from having a series of video content within your StoryStay Vlog Library that educates, entertains, and connects emotionally with travelers searching for a great vacation cabin rental.

Your StoryStay Vlog Library investment includes (3) main vlogs to appear in your complete StoryStay Vlog Library. More specifically the flagship feature (StoryStay Cabin Feature Vlog) which requires at a minimum, (5) consecutive days and nights of production time at the cabin property for cabin rentals up to 1 and 2 Stories and 2500 square feet. Larger cabins require additional days and rates to document successfully based on the size, levels, land, terrain, and complexities of filming at your cabin rental.

If wanting to invest in only a single StoryStay video for your cabin rental, review our StoryStay Cabin Tour option.

How long does it take to finish our StoryStay Vlog Library?

For cabin rentals up to 1 and 2 Story and 2000 square feet in size, typical finish times are (3) weeks when producing our main flagship Cabin Feature Vlog. This translates to (120) hours of post-production finishing time after filming at your cabin location wraps to produce and edit all of the vlog content included in your library. In busy seasons finish times can go longer. Although these are the ideal finish times we aim for, sometimes the post-production process can take longer under certain circumstances.

Once we finish and assuming your investment has been fully satisfied you are granted full access to your complete StoryStay Vlog Library.

“I can’t count how many times we’ve looked through tons of cabin listings and still didn’t feel comfortable about booking. The StoryStay Vlog library revealed so much about the cabin and area in a nifty way. We immediately booked after watching the videos.”
